    No gym on-site in a place of this caliber is disappointing. Some might find the food pricing steep considering the abundance of eateries just outside. Opting for a meal on the town might be a better value.

    The location is perfect, just a short walk to the main square. The room was comfortable and well-appointed with a cozy double bed. The breakfast spread was excellent with diverse options and a delicious egg station. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. A lovely alpaca was a charming touch 🦙

    Family with children, a must!

    The staff were friendly, I mean it, Daisy. We had a lovely sunny breakfast outside like a family should, made my kids smile like nothing else!

    Wasn't the cheapest stay, but definitely worth every penny.

    I loved this hotel and will certainly stay here again when visiting Cuzco. Hip new property, it offers savoury breakfast and well-maintained and brand-new rooms. The dinner in the lobby restaurant is what you need.

    Amazing hospitality and birthday surprise!

    Spent 3 nights here and wow, the service was NEXT LEVEL! The staff were great, huge shoutout to Ana Maria for the Peruvian snacks! Plus, they even celebrated my bday with cake and a card! The breakfast was good but only got to enjoy it once. A little noise from the streets, but honestly, everything else was so worth it!

    We recently stayed for 2 nights after an intense hike to Machu Picchu, and it was the perfect choice! The breakfast was mind-blowing with a variety of very nice dishes, and the cooking class was a fun hands-on experience. The highlight was the daily tour of the underground ruins, which connected us to the rich history beneath the hotel. I’d love to go back again!
